I made this Pumpkin Peach and Apple Trifle – it was my first trifle. I got this huge bowl as a gift last summer and have been wanting to use it for some time. I had fun putting this together and it was a huge hit at my Halloween Harvest party I went to.
I love Fall. To usher in the new season, I held a Fall party at my place with friends and family. I made sausage with sauerkraut (I added apples, bacon and carrots to the mix). I also had cupcakes, cookies and candy as snacks. It was a fun night despite the triple digit weather here in AZ.
Pumpkin patches, chili, corn mazes and pig races. These are all part of the fun at Schnept Farms in Queen Creek, AZ. This family owned farm host their Pumpkin and Chili party every year for Harvest season. We brought the whole family out for some fun and food.
It’s that time of year again.. Harvest time! October is my favorite month and I kicked it off with grilling some BBQ chicken and roasted corn-on-the-cob for dinner. I’m looking forward to some cooler weather and some great October dishes to cook up before the holidays kick in.
